What we collect and why

• To fulfil an order: your name, shipping address, email and, if you give one, phone number and gift message. Legal basis: performance of a contract. Shared with Stripe (payment) and our print-on-demand partner Gelato (printing and shipping). Retained for 7 years for tax and accounting.
• Payment details: entered on Stripe’s hosted checkout page. We never receive or store card numbers. Stripe’s privacy policy applies to that page.
• Email updates: only if you subscribe. One email a month; unsubscribe link in every message. Legal basis: consent.
• Claims: the photos you attach to a damage claim, kept for 12 months.
• Site analytics and advertising: Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion measurement. In the EU, UK, EEA and Switzerland these are off until you accept the cookie notice; elsewhere they run in a privacy-configured mode (IP anonymisation). We don’t use any other trackers, pixels or ad networks.
• Server logs: IP address, user agent and requested URL, kept 30 days for security.
• The “upload your wall” tool runs entirely in your browser. The photo is never sent to us.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted (except what tax law requires us to keep), by emailing info@antiquemapprints.com. EU/UK residents may also complain to their data protection authority. California residents: we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies

Strictly necessary: your cart, currency choice and cookie decision (stored in your browser’s local storage, not sent to us). Optional: Google Analytics and Ads cookies as described above.
