These terms apply to every order placed on antiquemapprints.com (“we”, “us” — Antique Map Prints, [STREET ADDRESS], [CITY], [STATE] [ZIP], United States).

  1. Products. All products are new, made-to-order archival prints (paper, framed or canvas) reproduced from restored scans of historical maps held by public archives. They are not original antiques and are not sold or represented as such. Product pages state the source archive and the year of the original map.
  2. Prices and currency. Prices are in US dollars and include the product only; shipping and any applicable sales tax, VAT or GST are shown at checkout before you pay. Prices displayed in other currencies on the site are estimates; the amount charged is the one shown on the Stripe checkout page.
  3. Order and contract. Your order is an offer. The contract is formed when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline an order (for example, if the address cannot be served or payment fails) and will refund any amount taken.
  4. Payment. Processed by Stripe. We do not store card details.
  5. Production and delivery. Prints are produced in 2–4 business days and delivered according to the shipping policy. Delivery times are estimates; risk passes to you on delivery.
  6. Guarantee and returns. See the guarantee and returns policy, which forms part of these terms. Made-to-order goods are not returnable for change of mind. Nothing in these terms limits statutory rights that cannot be excluded in your country.
  7. Intellectual property. The historical maps reproduced are in the public domain. Our restored files, photographs, mockups and site content are ours; you may not reproduce them except for personal, non-commercial use of the print you bought.
  8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs or events outside our control.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence.
