Production
Every print is made to order. Production takes 2–4 business days before the parcel ships. Framed prints and canvases can take a day longer in peak weeks (late November to mid-December).
Where we print
Orders are printed at our print partner’s facility nearest to you, so parcels don’t cross oceans: United States orders print in the US, United Kingdom orders in the UK, European orders in the EU, Australian orders in Australia. The packing slip carries our name.

Rates are in US dollars and are shown in your currency at checkout. Where an order contains both paper and framed items, the framed rate applies once. We currently ship to the countries listed above; if yours isn’t listed, email us and we will usually be able to add it.
Tracking
You receive a shipping email with a tracking link the moment the parcel leaves the facility, and a delivery notice when it arrives.
Duties and taxes
US sales tax is calculated at checkout where applicable. Because UK, EU and Australian orders are printed inside those regions, they are domestic shipments and no import duties apply. Any VAT or GST is shown at checkout, not at the door.
Packaging
Paper prints ship flat in a rigid mailer up to 18×24 and rolled in a tube for larger sizes. Framed prints ship in a corner-protected box with the frame wrapped; canvases are boxed. If a parcel arrives damaged, photograph the box before opening it and use the claim form.
