These terms govern use of this website. Buying something is covered by the Terms of Sale, and what we do with your data is in the Privacy Policy. Where the two overlap, the Terms of Sale govern the purchase.
By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not, please do not use it.
1. Who we are

2. What you may do
Browse, search, read, and use the size guide, room views and wall-preview tools for your own personal and non-commercial purposes. You may quote or link to any page.
3. What you may not do
Scrape or bulk-download the catalogue, images or price data by automated means; reproduce our restorations, photography, descriptions or site design; attempt to reach parts of the site you are not meant to; interfere with its operation; or use it to break the law or anyone’s rights. We block automated traffic that ignores this.
4. Reviews and anything else you send us
You keep ownership of what you write or send. By submitting a review, a photograph or a custom-print request you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish, store and use it in connection with the shop, including in marketing, and you confirm it is yours to give. We publish reviews from verified orders only, we do not edit them, and we do not publish ones that are abusive, defamatory, off-topic, or an attempt to advertise something else — if we hold one back we tell you why. We may remove any submission at any time.
We give a 10% discount code for leaving a review. The code is sent whatever you write, positive or negative, and it is never conditional on a rating. We say so here and beside the reviews because you are entitled to know when a review had an incentive behind it.
If you send us an image for a custom request, you are telling us you have the right to have it printed. We may refuse any request without giving a reason.
5. Accuracy
We work hard on the historical descriptions, but archives correct their own records, and screens show colour differently. Nothing on this site is a guarantee about an item beyond what the Terms of Sale say. Prices and availability change without notice, and an obvious pricing error does not oblige us to sell at it.
6. Third-party links
Links to archives, carriers and payment providers are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
7. Copyright
The restorations, photography, text, design and code on this site are ours. The historical works they depict are described on each product page with the archive that holds them. To send a copyright notice, see the Copyright and DMCA page.
8. Disclaimers, and what they do not cover
The site is provided “as is”. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. Nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including the implied warranties that apply to the goods you buy — those are addressed in the Terms of Sale and the Guarantee and returns page.
Subject to that, our liability arising from your use of the website is limited to $100.
9. Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top says when. A change applies from the day it is posted and does not affect an order already placed.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], USA, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules where you live. We would much rather sort a problem out by email than anywhere else — write to info@antiquemapprints.com first and we will answer within one business day. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver on this site; you keep every route the law gives you.
If any clause here is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
